Verifas VoiceLab · effective 2026-06-27
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Verifas VoiceLab SaaS SIP testing platform and its associated local-deployment software components (together, the “Service” or “Platform”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you, your company or organisation (“Customer”, “User”, “you”), and Verifas Networks, a business established in the Netherlands (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By registering an account, deploying any of our software components, or accessing the Platform, you confirm you have authority to bind your organisation and you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Platform is provided exclusively as a technical diagnostics, interoperability-verification and signalling-infrastructure analysis tool — for legitimate network troubleshooting, status monitoring, and SIP/RTP engineering validation. It includes registration and call testing, load (stress) testing, synthetic SLA monitoring, voice-quality analysis, call records, capture analysis and reporting; features depend on your plan. The Platform is not a telecommunications carrier, is not a calling service, and does not provide or guarantee call completion.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for professional/business purposes only.
The Service must be used only for the diagnostic purposes in Section 2. You must not: • place regular conversational voice calls, operate telemarketing, initiate automated robocalls, or transmit high-volume promotional or commercial media to end-user endpoints; • generate malicious high-density traffic loops, run unauthorized Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) simulations against upstream carriers, or otherwise degrade, interrupt or damage third-party infrastructure; • engage in unlawful CLI (Calling Line Identification) spoofing or deception of downstream carriers — manipulation of SIP header parameters (e.g. From, P-Asserted-Identity, Remote-Party-ID) is permitted only for lawful signalling and identity-verification testing; • use the Service for toll fraud, interception without consent (see the Privacy Policy), or any other unlawful purpose; • violate any applicable telecommunications, anti-fraud, computer-misuse, interception or privacy law; • circumvent plan limits, probe our infrastructure, reverse engineer the Platform, or attempt to access other customers’ data or tenants. You are solely responsible for ensuring your testing methodology is lawful and authorized.
The Platform is fundamentally incapable of, and has not been provisioned for, routing calls to emergency response centres or public-safety answering points (including, without limitation, 112 in the EU, 112/155 in Türkiye, 911 in the US and Canada, and 999 in the UK).
You expressly agree to implement strict dial-plan filtering in your configuration so that emergency prefixes cannot be systematically or accidentally dialled during test automation. We accept zero liability for any failure, delay or inability to reach any emergency or public-safety service.
You are entirely responsible for any financial exposure, transit fees, wholesale termination costs, fraud-detection blocks or penalties arising from test traffic routed through production trunks. If your testing triggers automated fraud blocks or financial penalties from upstream or wholesale carriers, you shall bear one hundred percent (100%) of the resulting financial burden, and you will reimburse us for any such amounts charged to or incurred by us.
Paid plans are invoiced in advance for each billing period set out in your order or quote, and renew until cancelled. Invoices are payable within 30 days. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
You retain ownership of data you upload and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of all data you upload or generate (including third-party SIP credentials, packet captures, and personal data) and for holding a lawful basis and any required consents to process and analyse it. Our handling of personal data, including the packet-capture consent and retention rules, is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service and all locally deployed front-end nodes, containers and network namespaces are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, and non-infringement), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable, and we are not responsible for the systems, carriers or endpoints you test. We are not liable for any interruption, suspension, delay, error, defect, data loss, or downtime, including any caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by you for the specific module or subscription giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event causing the liability.
In no event shall we be liable to you, to upstream transit providers, or to downstream end-point subscribers for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or profits, lost or corrupted data, unexpected carrier-trunk suspensions, production-network outages or blackouts, or regulatory or compliance fines stemming from your testing activities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Verifas Networks and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; the data you upload or generate; your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; unauthorized or unlawful testing; toll fraud or carrier charges attributable to your traffic; any failure to reach emergency services; and any interception or recording of communications without all legally required consents.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms (including the acceptable-use and authorization rules), non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law or protect the Service and other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 7, 9–12) survive.
We may update these Terms; the updated version is effective when posted (effective date 2026-06-27), and material changes will be notified where required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
